*headdesk* Ow. Okay, since so far there's only been one place that has taken the time to do this [that I've found] and others are just posting the link, I'm posting info on all the different New Moon DVDs. (Does anyone else think its utterly rediculous with how many different versions there are!?)

WALMART

Walmart announced today (2/10/10) it will be the only retailer to carry The Twilight Saga: New Moon Ultimate Fan Edition on standard DVD, and Blu-ray, with never-before-seen footage from the upcoming The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Walmart also will feature “Twilight Saga Shops” in stores – a dedicated shopping experience for Twilight fans to bite into a variety of Twilight-themed clothing, jewelry, and merchandise, including new items to show their wolf- or vampire-fan pride.

Fans can pre-order The Twilight Saga: New Moon Ultimate Fan Edition on DVD or Blu-ray, as well as the national two-disc Special Edition DVD or Special Edition Blu-ray, at Walmart.com.

Other features:
50 minutes of extra footage and interviews
The Twilight Saga: New Moon Ultimate Fan Edition contains 7-minute sneak peek of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
New interviews with stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, as well as with series-creator Stephenie Meyer
Revealing on-the-set footage of some of the key scenes and sets from the upcoming movie. This first-look at The Twilight Saga: Eclipse concludes with the world premiere of an actual scene from the upcoming film.

2-Disc Special Edition
Audio commentary with Director Chris Weitz and Editor Peter Lamber
A riveting six-part documentary that takes you behind the scenes
Exclusive band rehearsal footage with Muse
Music videos from Death Cab for Cutie, Anya Marina, and Mute Math

Target 3-Disc Deluxe Edition With Bonus Film Cell
Target will be offering a 3-disc edition of the DVD that includes a special film cell.  The set will also be available in Blu-ray.
Over 70 minutes of special features including:
revealing feature length commentary with Chris Weitz and editor Peter Lambert (I personally wanted to see Kristen and Rob's names here but Scrummit is Scrummit for a reason.)
6 part documentary of behind the scenes (I'm not listing the names of each segment, no one cares about that anyway)
Band rehearsal footage with Muse
Music videos from Death Cab for Cutie, Anya Marina, and Mute Math
The third disc is filled with "never before seen content" but its not said anywhere what exactly this content is. My guess is red carpet footage from New Moon premiere, footage from Comic Con '09, and possibly Eclipse footage and interviews that cast has done throughout the last year.
Standard two disc edition. Nothing special really. The only "extra" with this is a bag clip that is for Twihards who like the wolfpack. (Basically, its got the tat, dream catcher, feathers, and beads on it)
Exclusive packaging (which looks amazing) and a double sided medallion necklace with a gold wolf pack tat on one side and the Cullen crest in silver on the other.
Previously unreleased extended scenes (dude, everything except the actual movie is 'previously unreleased' on ALL the DVDs, don't know why they keep putting that in there.)
Interviews with The Cullens, the wolf pack, the Volturi, Kristen and Chris Weitz.
"Unrivaled"red carpet footage from the movie premiere
Front row seats to The Twilight Saga: New Moon webcast
And the rest is just the regular extras like audio commentary, music videos, ect.
Nothing special AT ALL, except there is a steel case version with a cell phone skin.

Personally, I pre-ordered the Target version because I want the film cell and even if there's no special Eclipse footage on the 3rd disc that shit will be viral within the week of the release, just like the Comic Con stuff.

But, if you want to go with which one has the best packaging, I'd go with the Borders version. Pics of each different cover art/packaging are below.
